Clay County's Homeless Shelter

End
Homelessness
Millions of Americans go hungry and homeless every year. Please help us help them.
Our MISSION
The Vineyard, aka Clay County Homeless Shelter, serves to exist as a haven for individuals who seek to rebuild their lives, through the provision of essential programs which foster self-sufficiency, by showing love and compassion through our Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible verses in Deuteronomy 15:7-8 state, "If there is among you a poor man of your brethren, within any of the gates in your land which the Lord your God is giving you, you shall not harden your heart nor shut your hand from your poor brother, 8 but you shall open your hand wide to him and willingly lend him sufficient for his need, whatever he needs."
The Vineyard is a 501C3 corporation which seeks to provide food, clothing and shelter, and reentry programs to men and women from various circumstances, including release from incarceration. Financial entities of the Vineyard are made by the caring and compassionate donations of individuals, government grants, local businesses and churches.
